The Washington School Inn asked Red Gazelle to create a newsletter template that could be managed internally. They had an existing Web site and wanted to maintain consistency with that design. We used elements from their site to develop an HTML newsletter with standardized photos and text areas that could easily be changed by the client for subsequent mailings.

We assisted the client in choosing software to update their site and did basic training to use that software. This enabled the client to make updates themselves, simplifying the update process and reducing maintenance expenses.
